Hello!
Well seeing as I'm the first person on this forum, I'm actually introducing my self to nobody but me, but hey, you know what they say....if you build it....
Anyway, I'm Aram and I am the creator of PCitYourself.....I live and work in London as a Visual effects artist for a post production company and have done for about 2 1/2 years now. Honestly it's not really me....but hey it pays the bills and all I get sit on my ass all day staring at a screen. Lovely.
Well anyway, if kevin Costner was right and you are reading this, welcome to PCitYourself, I hope you enjoy what we have for you here and feel free to introduce yourself and start chatting
Oh and of course feel free to ask computer questions in the help and support forum!

When it comes to PC's though, I haven't a clue how to build one from scratch so this website is going to teach me everything I need to know

I am George and I do visual effects as well. I work for the same company as Aram and we went to the same university as well.
The site is great and I will be using it for any questions as well as spreading it around. I've already got my help from Aram half a year ago when I got my new computer.

Hello, I'm Robin, I'm a Flash monkey.
I, like many of the above posts, was privileged enough to get Aram's help building my PC a good few years back now. It still works great but thats hardly surprising seeing as he's a robot sent back from the future to teach people to make cost effective and reliable computers. He also bought me my first mouse with more than 2 buttons. Until then I'd been using a graphics tab as a makeshift middle mouse button. Aram helped lift this fog of make-shiftery and led me to the light of slightly more efficient working conditions.

I'm Alex and I'm pleased to say that I have the sublime pleasure of sitting next to Aram. Due to Aram's random outbursts of song and dance, there's never a dull moment... well almost! As you may have guessed, I too am I vfx artist. I love it. It's great. It's fantastic. I'm not quite where I want to be just yet, but give me time.

Thumbs up! - I am not a computer freak at all; I prefer praying for my machine to not die, which obviously doesn't always work...So I really hope to learn some new stuff here and build my own little architectural killer-machine one day *_*

Howdy!
Well, I'm really not a country bumpkin, but I am a resident of the proud state of Texas, USA. Yee-haw and all of that. Now that I've got that out of the way, I'm a newbie to PC building and Case-modding. I've been talking to a friend of mine who has been building computers since he could wield a soldering iron to get some advice. I've also read a bunch of information online. This site is absolutely wonderful! It does a great job of clearly explaining how to build my own computer, and I'm really looking forward to getting started. Great job, Aram! I'll be sure to let others know about this resource.

Hi everyone,
I discovered PCitYourself by chance two days ago when looking for component suppliers, and I'm glad I found it. Animations on main site are great!
Anyways, I'm in the early stages of my first clean build based on microATX m'board + AMD dual core. I've done a few partially clean builds before, such as with the m'board and PSU already installed, but I guess that's cheating

Hey guys,
I'm Mike! I live in the state of Michigan. I am a first year college student studying to become a recording engineer. I play guitar and write my own music as well. On the side I love video games and LOVE playing on PC. I have been doing a lot of research on computer parts and how they work because I want to build PCs just for fun. I want to be able to build a PC from scratch to play awesome games such as Left 4 Dead and L4D2! That's why this site is so amazing, it has helped me understand each part of a PC. I never knew before this how simple is really can be! I sure am glad this site is here and I can't wait to complete my first build. Thanks for all the info!!!
